Doris Fuller is a former news reporter and book author whose life and career were transformed when her college-aged daughter developed serious mental illness in 2008.

After daughter Natalie’s initial recovery, Doris redirected all her professional energies to mental health policy research and advocacy, producing groundbreaking studies and working tirelessly to give voice to a voiceless population.

Doris’s experiences as a family caregiver, mental health advocate and public  policy researcher give her unique authority in speaking to some of the most urgent issues stressing the fabric of our families and communities today.
